Yoga nidra is an ancient meditation practice that first originated in India about 3000 years ago.
iRest® (Integrative Restoration -Yoga Nidra) is a guided form of deep relaxation and meditation that provides a supportive path through the healing process. It is an effective tool for those undergoing post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, fatigue and insomnia. iRest® yoga nidra systematically combines deep relaxation, affirmation, breathing, visualization and self-inquiry which work together to facilitate the integration of body, mind, and spirit. During this ancient deep meditation, you will systematically be guided through each layer of being, called the koshas. These include the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, making it a healing process on all levels of being.
