At SATYA well-being, we model our program on the successful and internationally acclaimed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Psychologist, Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. We tailor our program to the needs of your workplace.
