At SATYA well-being we offer mindfulness training & stress relief classes in the workplace.
As workplaces and employees today deal with increasing demands and stress; the impact on work productivity and burnout are high. Mindfulness and stress relief for the workplace has been found to increase productivity, morale, communication, and work relationships.
At SATYA well-being, we model our program on the successful and internationally acclaimed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Psychologist, Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. We tailor our program to the needs of your workplace. This can include:
-a two hour program on mindfulness for the workplace
-a six hour day long retreat
-a 4-6 week program
