“Wellbeing is about the combination of our love for what we do each day, the quality of our relationships, the security of our finances, the vibrancy of our physical health, and the pride we take in what we have contributed to our communities. Most importantly, it’s about how these five elements interact.” ― Tom Rath
Wellness Consultation:
Wellness is a way of life. At SATYA well-being, we believe that wellness involves looking at the unique dynamics of the mind-body connection as well as the factors of one's lifestyle. Together, we will review your concerns in regards to your well-being including areas of sleep, food (weight concerns), stress, and lifestyle choices. We will then develop a plan for greater awareness and practical application to your daily life. With the tools of mindful, conscious eating and mindful movement you can learn ways to create a healthy lifestyle of wellness and vitality. This can lead to more balance, increased energy, more self-confidence, and greater happiness.
Please contact Dr. Marla McMahon to develop an individual plan combining mindful eating, mindful movement (yoga) and mindful based psychotherapy. She can be reached at 916-290-3994 or by email at mmcmahonpsy@gmail.com
