SATYA: The sanskrit word for truth. It can be said to be a slowing down of thought and listening within. In practicing SATYA, one is guided toward their inner truth. When one is living their inner truth a sense of peacefulness is present. One of the ways to practice SATYA is through meditation and listening to what is rather than what one wishes for or thinks should be. The act of sitting with a quiet alertness is instructive and can guide one toward their truth. Listen quietly and awaken to your inner truth.
