Our approach to psychotherapy is integrative and holistic. We will work with you taking all your unique factors into consideration. We will look at your past history but we won't remain there. Our approach draws from the theoretical framework of mindfulness based cognitive therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, existential psychology, positive psychology, and health psychology. Our psychotherapy services match the appropriate therapeutic approach for what the client is undergoing. In addition, utilizing the mind-body perspective, we encourage client's to understand the dynamics between their physical, interpersonal, and emotional health. We work with our clients in a collaborative manner and are engaging and practical in our approach.
